Job Title : Finance and Reporting Lead Location : London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre finance professional to join a well-respected organisation as Finance and Reporting Lead . This pivotal role will place you at the heart of the business, where you will drive financial excellence and contribute to the organisation's strategic and charitable objectives. As a senior leader, you will ensure financial integrity, manage risk, and provide insightful management information to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting processes, including producing accurate financial results, robust forecasts, and insightful KPIs. Own the development and monitoring of annual budgets. Oversee cash flow and treasury management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Partner with senior leadership and external stakeholders to drive business performance and continuous improvement. Manage financial controls, processes, and compliance with external standards (e.g., Charity Commission). About You We are seeking an experienced and hands-on finance leader with a proven track record in financial management and business partnering. You will possess strong technical expertise alongside excellent communication and leadership skills, ensuring effective collaboration across the organisation. Qualifications & Experience Qualified financial professional (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). 5+ years in a senior finance role, with a focus on management reporting and financial analysis. Demonstrated experience in business partnering and process improvement. Understanding of VAT and charity accounting is desirable. Personal Attributes Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Pragmatic, proactive, and solutions-focused. Able to manage competing priorities and deliver results. Passionate about sustainability and innovation within the not-for-profit sector.
