Essential qualifications and attributes include: * Previous experience in a plant or tooling environment is advantageous, but not mandatory. * Proficient in IT, with strong skills in relevant software applications. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse situations and develop solutions. * Excellent organisational skills, with keen attention to detail. * A flexible and adaptable mindset, ready to take on various challenges. * Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
