Supply Chain Coordinator

to join our fast-growing and fast-paced team. Supply Chain Coordinator is a supporting role to implement production plans for finished goods, covering NPD and restocks.

Working closely with Product Development and, Ops & Fulfilment, you will help manage the procurement cycle, working to ensure orders can be processed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the purchasing and stock control of product and packaging, project management of free-issue components for NPD and replenishment orders of existing SKUs.

The ideal candidate will contribute to building excellent relationships with strategic partners and teams such as manufacturers, external QC and packaging suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategise, manage and create the supply planning forecast working closely with the Ops team. Create purchase orders and issuing to suppliers after internal sign off. Working with suppliers, maintaining excellent relationships and ensure project timings are maintained Manage the PO tracker and reconcile with the finance team for payments Ensure all planning spreadsheets are kept updated and organised. Track and review orders for production through to delivery. Manage annual stock take with suppliers (not warehouse) and work with Ops and Fulfilment Manager in reconciliation reports. Resolve or escalate supply issues by working with team members. Keep shared drives updated and organised. Share best practices and ideas with your team; involve teams to achieve the most efficient ways of working.

Requirements and Experience

Strong project management within beauty, fashion or similar products within an FMCG environment. Experience of production/planning and scheduling desirable. Experience in creating BOMs desirable. Highly organised and detail oriented. Broad-based commercial understanding. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 2 years relevant work experience minimum.
