What you'll be doing; - Develop & maintain strong internal business relationships with Customer Experience, Sales & Operations Teams with a focus on customer service & business growth - Support & gain understanding of the local sales process - Customer experience development- shadow CET teams - Attend team meetings - Support Head of departments with allocated projects - Develop wider Veolia knowledge & identify key contacts through internal networking & placements - Help provide innovative Veolia solutions to customers and operational teams - Work with Sales and operations to improve customer centricity and educate our people. - To nurture and develop relationships with potential customers - Represent the interests of Veolia and promote the value of our strategic objectives What we're looking for; - Degree level qualification in Business Management or a business related field (to be achieved by September 2025) What's next?
