Remote Designer

As an Brand Designer you will be operating in the Branding and Communication Team in our Richmond office and you will work primarily in designing internal communications and initiatives for all of our offices. You will be working alongside a creative team of 6 other designers and copywriters across our Richmond and South Africa office. You will be tasked with designing visual communications to engage, influence and inform Derivco employees, drive business results and foster a positive work culture as well as creating a brand and managing Derivco's product brand identities by developing marketing materials such as logos, brochures, user interfaces for the product and campaigns. Design internal communication materials (newsletters, emails, intranet content, posters, presentations etc.) Develop and maintain the internal brand identities (campaign, initiatives and product brands) and guidelines Collaborate with writers, internal comms specialists, event coordinator and other creatives to produce graphic content for internal communication. Conduct research to understand the Derivco target audience, it's products, company strategy, principles & values and industry trends before creating any communication assets. Graphic design principles, fundamentals and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) ~ Branding and visual identity principles ~ Familiar with digital communication tools and platforms ~3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or internal communications ~ Portfolio showcasing creative, effective design solutions for internal communications ~ As part of Derivco International, you would be working for one of the foremost providers of gaming technology in the world.
