SF are partnering with a well known business in Warwickshire, who are looking to transform their Finance function, to a high performing team. They are looking to bring in talented individuals who want to get involved in the project, which will include system automation and new credit/collection techniques and procedures. The business are looking to reward the team with a new bonus structure and study support. Purpose of the Job: Support the team lead in the collection of debt from Large Corporate/National Accounts, ensuring KPIs are achieved through effective debt collection. Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge: 2+ years' experience in Credit Control/Debt Recovery Proficient in Excel, ability to reconcile large volumes of data Experience in line management, coaching, and team motivation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise and coordinate team activities. Analytical skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving attitude, persistence, and determination. Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team of 3 members to maximize collections and reduce outstanding debt. Deputise for the Credit Team Lead as required. Reporting to the Credit Manager. Set and achieve collection targets and objectives. Foster a proactive debt collection approach. Ensure team activities align with policies and procedures. Support team members' growth through regular 1-2-1s. Maintain effective customer messaging. Communicate debtor reports and KPI information to senior management, escalating issues as needed. Coordinate and deliver year-end audit activities with the Treasury Lead
