Looking for cleaner, change bed sheets.

We are looking for someone to help with cleaning, organising and putting on clean bedding regularly for my 23 year old daughter who has joint pain and chronic fatigue and just needs some extra help to live independently . This would be regular work as I'm not able to travel to London enough to help her with her needs tfollowing It would be great if you have some experience and references.
