Aluminium Order Processor -  Window Fabrication – Window & Door Manufacture Location: Orpington, Kent  Salary: Starting at £30,000 PA - £45,000.00 (Dependent Upon Experience) Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift / Flexitime Role Summary Join one of the largest fabricators of windows, doors, curtain walling, and furniture in the South, as we expand our team due to a growing influx of orders. We are seeking a highly experienced Aluminium Order Processor to join us on a permanent basis, someone who can quickly integrate into our organization and contribute from day one with minimal introduction. Candidate Requirements: Strong background in Order Processing, Design, Fabrication, Project Coordination, and Project Management. Essential experience with Reynaers Aluminium and Cortizo systems. Proficient in handling various types of windows, doors, and curtain walling, with additional experience in glass roofing, primarily in aluminium, and also in timber and uPVC is a plus. Proven track record of ensuring clients receive excellent service by managing all aspects related to contract establishment, capacity planning, product design coordination, and financial assistance. Ability to act as the primary source for technical advice and design troubleshooting for our specified and fabricated products. Demonstrated proficiency in First Degree Window Designer, Reynapro, and LogiKal, with a working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD 2D. Capable of providing proficient oversight for orders related to windows and doors, from individual projects to multi-plot house building projects. Skilled in managing professional relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Experience in executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing multi-plot housing projects, meticulously fulfilling orders in line with customer program expectations. Ability to handle projects from securing the sale until dispatch from the factory, including producing all necessary paperwork, purchase orders, obtaining custom parts, and overseeing the manufacturing process.
