Sawmill Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a local Sawmill and be part of a strong team looking to grow over the next year. Job Responsibilities This will be a hands on role very shop floor based leading the Production facility Have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements Ensure all products are produced effectively and efficiently as well as maintaining quality standards. Be accountable for the finished product Attend daily Production meetings where targets are made clear Carry out inductions for new startersAbout you: Have a good understanding of health and safety requirements Possess good team leading skills with a proven track record Good communicator A strong personality and have managed people before.
