As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef to deliver outstanding culinary experiences. With over five years of kitchen experience, you'll bring leadership, skill, and creativity to the kitchen, while helping to maintain the high standards customers expect. Are you the right person for the job? At least 5 years of professional kitchen experience Leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation Ability to follow the Head Chef's instructions with precision Conflict resolution skills and the ability to train and inspire junior staff What will your role look like?
