Outbreach, a leader in cyber security solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cyber Security Sales Manager to join our team. This role is focused on selling our incident response and preparation retainers to clients worldwide.


The position is commission-only, offering an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their existing network and expertise in the cyber security field to drive sales and earn substantial rewards.


Outbreach is currently focused on selling into the UK and UAE markets. Candidates can be remote, based anywhere in the world, however they should be willing to specialise in one or other of these territories and so preference will be given to candidates who are able to engage physically in these regions to meet in-person with new prospects and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for selling incident response and preparation retainers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to effectively position Outbreach’s services.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, including leveraging personal networks, attending industry events, and utilizing digital marketing tools.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Outbreach’s technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.


Skills and Experience:

  • Cyber Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber security principles, practices, and incident response.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the cyber security or technology sector.
  • Networking Skills: Extensive network of contacts in the cyber security industry, particularly in the UAE or UK markets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.


Highly Desirable but Not Vital:

  • Market Familiarity: Familiarity with the UAE or UK market and an understanding of the specific cyber security needs and regulatory environment in these regions.
  • Technical Background: Technical background or certification in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.


Commitment:

This role requiries a high level of commitment and self-discipline. The ideal candidate will be proactive, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to achieving sales success. The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, providing the freedom to balance personal and professional responsibilities while driving significant income based on performance.


You can choose your own hours to work though success will likely come from candidates who are able to align with the working patterns of our target clients. There is no minimum or maximum number of hours that you can choose to work.


There will be some occasions where you will be expected to attend sales training and team updates to ensure you are aligned with our targets and sales approach. You will also be expected to log records of your calls, meetings and interaction with potential clients into Outbreach’s central CRM system.

  • This is a commission-only role with no base salary or hourly rate of pay.
