It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.As a Night Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:• To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and service for the section / department• To prepare / cook food to the correct standard as specified in the recipe specification manual. Be aware of all menu changes and changes to dish specification.• Understand the criteria set by AA and Leading Hotels of The World. Support senior chefs by ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to standards set in the outlet specification manual.• Take full ownership for the kitchen for the duration of your shift, in the absence of the Senior Night Chef.
