Job Title: Supply Teachers Needed Location: East of England, Essex, Southend-on-Sea Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £200 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various age groups Follow the school curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom Assess student progress and provide feedback Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a teaching role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the national curriculum Ability to effectively manage a classroom Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Additional training in special education needs (SEN) Working Conditions: Full-time position with regular school hours Work may involve dealing with challenging behaviour Opportunities for professional development and career progression All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
