CK Group are recruiting for a Product Manager – Molecular biology/Immunology, to join a Biotechnology company based near Stevenage, on a initial temp to permanent basis. This position will be integral to the running of the business and will have the full support of the Operations Director.   The Company: A leading European distributor that's aim is to supply innovative life science tools designed to further understanding of physiology, cell biology and disease mechanisms. The Role: To build relationship with key suppliers and to provide advice and support to customers via email and telephone, regarding the company's antibody and assay related products. Working with key accounts, suppliers and key customers to further develop business. Responsibilities: Provide advice and support to customers via email and telephone. Design and arrange marketing campaigns and product launches. Participates in technical training sessions, scientific meetings, and shows as needed, overseas distributor meetings. Pricing negotiations and to help establish and launch new products.  Your Background: Degree level in a Life Science subject, coupled with laboratory experience focusing on immunology, flow cytometry, histochemistry, western blotting or genomics. Scientific knowledge and understanding of assays and antibodies (particularly immunoassay). The work is office based, with occasional travel to other sites and/or exhibitions. Knowledge and understanding in clinical and pre-clinical sample analysis and regulatory guidelines: GCP and/or GLP, GMP.  Must have a firm understanding of and experience within the life science research marketplace.  Apply: It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
