Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual to lead the development and management of an ADHD service. This role involves creating policies, procedures, and risk logs, as well as providing regular reports and audits. The successful candidate will also be responsible for teaching and supporting less experienced staff, managing patients, and responding to queries.

Responsibilities:
- Create policies, procedures, and risk logs for the ADHD service.
- Provide regular reports and audits for the service.
- Work with the team to review incidents and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a competency framework for less experienced staff.
- Manage patients, including prescribing where appropriate.
- Teach and support less experienced staff.
- Run a multidisciplinary team and provide guidance on complex cases.
- Respond to queries from healthcare professionals.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in prescribing for ADHD within a healthcare setting.
- Background as a Pharmacist, Physician, or Nurse.
- Comfortable with remote working.
