Role Overview: As a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting energy assessments of commercial properties, analyzing energy use, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance energy performance. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients in compliance with energy regulations and achieving their sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough energy assessments of non-domestic properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed energy reports and recommendations based on assessment findings. Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed advice. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications: Certified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or equivalent qualification. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using energy assessment software and tools.
