Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet KPIs and providing guidance for their professional growth and success.Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements in permanent roles.Ensure an excellent experience for both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and a reputation for high-quality service.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and expand our market presence. Your strategic thinking and persuasive skills will drive our growth and establish strong professional relationships within the sector.Manage and close recruitment processes, ensuring consistency and optimisation of revenue streams. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes across the team.Advertise current vacancies, seek out referrals, and headhunt to attract high-quality candidates.
