The North Central London NHS Workforce Management Service are looking to appoint a Band 7 Retention & HR Lead.
The main function of the role is to engage with local residents promoting the NHS as an employer of choice and support any applicants with the onboarding process as well as support the retention of staff across the various NHS Trusts.
The Retention/HR Lead will also provide traditional HR support to the NCL Vaccination Team, NHS Reservists recruited through the WMS team and the internal workforce team.
The role is for 1 year covering a secondment placement.
Hybrid working will be considered, however, the successful applicant will be required to regularly attend career events across North Central London as well as days in the office at Trust HQ (UCLH Hospital, Euston Road).
