About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Administrator who can deliver world-class customer care. You will be responsible for processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and finding opportunities to upsell. Key Responsibilities: * Process customer orders using Sage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Proactively chase deliveries and liaise with customers on estimated delivery times. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase order value. * Innovate and improve systems to consistently achieve 100% customer satisfaction and WOW experiences. * Coordinate demo fleet, special orders, and service issues, ensuring timely follow-up. * Manage returns, credits, replacements, and customer complaints with efficiency and care. Requirements What we’re looking for: * Strong customer service skills with experience in order processing and problem-solving. * Familiarity with Sage or similar internal systems is a plus. * Ability to upsell and cross-sell, enhancing customer value. * Quick response time and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A team player with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and protecting brand integrity Benefits * Salary: 28,000 - £30,000 * raining Opportunities: Both internal and external courses to enhance your skills.
