Role: Marketing Assistant Location: Sywell, NN6 - Need to be able to drive. Salary: £23000 to £25000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday Permanent Opportunity! Are you a creative, outgoing individual with a passion for marketing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our clients dynamic Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in bringing their brand to life across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Design and create engaging assets for both digital and offline platforms. Contribute to graphics material from concept to delivery, including monthly promotions and special projects. Assist in crafting captivating content-graphics, videos, and written pieces. Organize and manage our social media presence, including scheduling, meetings, and post approvals. Maintain social media accounts, engaging with followers and managing competitions. Support website updates and product listings. Help plan and execute targeted B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns using analytics. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok. Provide general marketing support including event planning, research, content creation, and proof-reading. Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies.Key Competencies: Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Keen attention to detail for quality assurance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers.The Ideal Candidate: Holds a degree in marketing, graphic design, or business, or has a CIM accredited qualification. Has some experience in in-house or agency marketing (beneficial). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and has a solid working knowledge of Excel.Skills & Personal Qualities: Driven and committed to success.
