The firm has been recognised by the Legal 500 for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.The Court of Protection team is a newly formed team and so this highly sought-after role will enable you to work with the Deputy and Head of the Court of Protection team to shape a successful team and go from strength to strength.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience running a Court of Protection/Private Client caseload and will be responsible for all aspects of Court of Protection work including Personal Injury trusts; statutory wills and gift applications; deputyship applications, as well as providing guidance to other team members. You will also have the opportunity to Lasting Powers of Attorney, and deal with probate and estate administration.Client care skills along with experience in working in a Court of Protection department is essential.
