Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst – Insurance, Technology £70,000-£75,000 3 days in office, City of London Permanent A well respected Insurance firm is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team to drive growth and change across the technology portfolio. As the business model is built upon M&A, they're constantly integrating businesses into new ways of working and due to this, change is continuously needed. In the role, you will gather requirements, design and develop technology solutions, ensure testing and quality of these solutions as well as ensure that these solutions met the necessary regulations in the industry. This role will have you working closely with stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have: Insurance experience (Lloyd’s market is beneficial). Knowledge of the operations for Underwriting, Reinsurance, Claims, Finance and/or Actuarial departments Over 4 years’ experience working as a technical business analyst. Experience working on IT implementation projects end-to-end. It is beneficial to have experience in: Policy Administration Insurance software applications Data modelling, SQL and/or Business Intelligence tools.
