FM Manager- Catering S&V Restaurant, Moorfields Eye Hospital £42000 per annum 40 Hours per week 5 days over 7 We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Catering Manager to ensure the smooth running of the cleaning operations in Healthcare on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Management: Ensure the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, delivering high-quality and consistent catering services across all areas. Client Relationships : Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Planning: Smoothly plan and allocate resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers. Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Compliance : Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. Financial Management: Deliver on the agreed financial budget, managing the operation commercially in line with net income and cost targets. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience working in Catering and Management role is highly desirable. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams. Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels. Results-Oriented : Quality and process-driven with a focus on delivering results. Compliance: Knowledgeable and compliant with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements.
