Pay: 14 per hour (Umbrella)
Description
Barker Ross are looking for a Labourer to join our clients team in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire As a Labourer, you will play a critical role in the construction project, by providing crucial on-site support. Your duties will include assisting with various tasks, ensuring the site is clean and free of hazards, and following all health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- You will be working on three large house renovations.
- Scraping and cleaning down render.
- Ripping up and helping to lay floors.
- Helping with internal wall demolition
- Cleaning down
- Lifting and carrying
Requirements
- CSCS card would be essential
- Previous experience working as a Labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and different locations as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
