Shift Team Leader

An established food manufacturer based in Aston requires a shift production line team leader.

Duties:

• Supervising a team of eight people on canning and bottling production lines.
• Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance.
• Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience of production supervision or team leading, peferably in the food industry.
• Good communication and IT skills.
• Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations would be an advantage.

Hours:

Thre are two role one on two shifts and one one three shifts.

• 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm ( Salary £30008)
• 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am.( Salary £31320)
• Rotational shifts.

Overtime at 1.5

This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
