Retention Marketing Executive

One of Carbon60's clients (the UK's largest motoring organisation) is looking for a Marketing Retention Executive to join the team on a contract basis.

Contract Specifics:

• Pay rate: £350-£400 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
• 3 month contract
• 2-3 days onsite in Basingstoke.

Retention Marketing Executive

• The Retention Marketing Team are responsible for managing the brand's Roadside Retention Marketing & Regulatory communications, delivering 7 million customer touch points per year across 180+ automated communications (with thousands of overall variants across email, direct mail & SMS).
• This role will support the migration of these communications to a new document management platform, working closely with external document developers & the internal marketing team to brief & approve a high volume of technical proofs.

The ideal candidate will have strong accuracy and interpretation skills – eye for detail and ‘right first time’ attitude -ideally supported by experience proofing multi-variant communications and experience in proofing and briefing technical documents.

Experience/Skillset needed:

• Experience of proofing and briefing technical documents.
• Previous experience working in multi-channel consumer environments (ideally Financial services and/or Telecommunications)
• Knowledge of 'Mail Merge'
• Experience with payment and retention journeys for contract products (nice to have)
• Knowledge and understanding of systems and process design (nice to have)
