This is your chance to be at the helm of exciting highways and infrastructure projects for public and private clients alike. 🌍 You'll work with National Highways, local authorities, and private developers-taking charge and having a real impact on the future of infrastructure in the North West and Yorkshire. Oh, and did we mention the part about growing the department, winning new business, and being the go-to for clients? Yep, it's a big deal! What you'll bring: Chartered/Inc. Engineer status Mad skills in leading teams and projects 🎯 A track record of winning work and wooing clients 💼 Experience working with S278, S38 agreements (fancy highway terms, but you know them!) The ability to chat with everyone, from local authorities to design teams 📞 And, of course, a talent for mentoring the next generation of engineers!What we're offering: 💰 £70,000 - £80,000 basic salary DOE + Car Allowance (plus annual reviews!) 🌴 26 days holiday (rising to 31 with loyalty days) + bank holidays 🏡 Hybrid working (balance is everything, right?)
