Job Description:
- Manage and oversee re-cladding construction contracts from inception to completion
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Provide cost advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
