Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a Swimming Instructor to join our team and contribute to the success of our leisure services at Foxhills Club & Resort. Responsibilities: Provide group and private lessons where requested or required, delivering a high standard of swim instruction at all times ensuring learners are excited and engaged. Liaise with the Swim Supervisor to ensure that all learners are placed in the appropriate swim session for their ability and personality Host and attend presentations and award ceremonies which recognise learner achievement Carry out pool supervision at peak times or as required Support the Pavilion team in managing the flow of swimmers through the club to minimise disruption and changing room congestion Requirements: Hold a Level 2 Swimming Instruction Certification and maintain a current National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) qualification and membership of the Institute of Swimming to ensure best practice and compliance. Teach and operate in line with ASA best practice guidelines. Previous experience in a swimming instructor role. Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional service to guests Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety guests and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
