Show Control Programmer (AV Systems Integration) About the Role: We’re seeking a Show Control Programmer with experience in themed attractions, live events, or sophisticated AV system integrations. In this role, you’ll be at the core of designing, programming, and maintaining control systems that synchronise complex visual and audio elements, creating immersive experiences for audiences. Working with state-of-the-art tools, you’ll have the opportunity to push the limits of what’s possible in interactive installations and themed environments. Role Overview: As a Show Control Programmer, you will configure and program advanced show control systems, with a focus on Pixera and QSC. You’ll ensure that all components run smoothly and deliver high-impact experiences, whether in live shows, attractions, or permanent installations. Your technical expertise will be essential in bringing creative concepts to life with precision, quality, and adaptability across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities: * Program, configure, and operate show control systems, primarily Pixera and QSC * Integrate with other systems such as disguise, Crestron, and Watchout for seamless synchronisation * Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and production teams to align programming with project goals * Troubleshoot and adapt control systems to meet evolving on-site demands in live or dynamic environments * Ensure system reliability and smooth operation during events, installations, or interactive shows Skills & Experience Required: * Demonstrated experience in show control programming, ideally within themed attractions, experiential design, or AV system integration * Proficiency with Pixera and QSC is a must, with hands-on knowledge of disguise, Crestron, and Watchout * Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly under time constraints or live conditions * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across different teams and technical functions * Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, precise outcomes What’s in it for You?
