NDT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities * Conduct NDT tests using methods such as Mag Flaw Detect, Penetrant Flaw Detect and Acid Etch Inspection. * Analyse and interpret results of tests, providing detailed reports on findings. * Prepare tests areas, ensuring equipment is set up and calibrated. * Accurately complete required production documentation, maintaining detailed records of tests, results and any anomalies or defects. * Participate in internal and external audits such as NADCAP Experience & Knowledge * Minimum of 3 years experience in an NDT role inspecting machined components * Minimum level 2 qualified in EN4179, PCN or similar * Proficient in using NDT equipment, methods and applications * Ability to interpret and work to customer and international specifications * Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Benefits * 37hr working week * Shift work available to the right candidate * Achievable monthly bonuses * Monthly profit share * 33 days annual leave, with the option to purchase more * Life Insurance * Enhanced pension contributions * Regular overtime availability, at enhanced rates * Discount schemes
