The Role They are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to enable the firm to hit their growth target of 25% year on year over the next 3 years, by managing and working with the sales, marketing and business development teams, using your sales expertise to convert new business opportunities into orders to hit the firm orders-won targets. To be successful in this role you will possess a tangible track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a market facing role. You are experienced in a business to business sales environment with proven ability to position services and solutions in a professional services environment or similar industry. You are comfortable talking to directors of owner-managed businesses about a wide range of business issues and possess a strong commercial acumen, portraying a high level of professionalism.
