Our Business Operations Group is made up of business professionals who work with our legal professionals to provide market-leading expertise to our clients. Finance, Operations, People, Marketing, IT, Risk and Executive Leadership team
To lead the Workplace functions (front of house, building service and print/post and reprographics teams) ensuring that the services provided are of a high quality in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and best value and in the provision of an appropriate and professional service to within agreed service levels across the specified locations.
Coaching and directing as needed and communicating clearly and often, acting as an agent for change, making; Supporting our Responsible Business team to maintain legal reporting, being a visible advocate for this, both across the Group and with our suppliers and collaborating on legal reporting for our BCorp accreditation.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing the deployment and operational delivery in a similar environment within professional services is essential
A good level of Workplace management experience relating to a commercial building operation.
Proficient in Microsoft office 365 / Teams
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to matters
Knowledge of document / case management systems, Cloud and workflow technologies
Demonstrable experience and understanding of printer and production scanner fleet management
Strong experience of delivering projects and change ideally in a professional services environment and ensuring on time, in budget and in line with agreed deliverables.
Knowledge of document / case management systems, Cloud and workflow technologies
Understanding of software such as iManage, Uniflow, Paper River and Fiery would also be beneficial
Excellent organisational skills enabling the prioritisation and management of multiple tasks
Strong business analysis, process mapping and facilitation skills
To be comfortable working without routine supervision and show a high degree of initiative to succeed in a demanding environment
