We working with a leading Client who specialises with Building Controls and they are looking to hire an experienced Head of Training & Development who has a background in Building Control and Construction on a permanent basis. Experience creating Training programmes, Graduate schemes and Apprenticeship schemes. Developing Learning Strategies and Annual Development plans Develop Training Plans for all Levels of Registered Building Inspectors (from Class 1 through to Class 4) Have a Technical Background in Building Control, as there will be Technical Training involved
