Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Benefits: Company van & fuel card (personal use included), guaranteed extra 3,000 per year for call-out rota

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Building Services Engineer to carry out general building maintenance works, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs. As a key member of our team, you will ensure our venues remain in prime condition and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform scheduled PPM tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
- Work primarily in central London, servicing commercial Venues.
- Participate in the call-out rota (1 in 5) with additional compensation.
