Location: Coventry Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience) Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Support Assistant Role! We are seeking a motivated Sales Support professional to join a leading supplier in grounds maintenance and arboriculture equipment. If you have a passion for sales and excellent organisational skills, this role is perfect for you! Your Role: As the Sales Support Assistant, you will be the vital link for the on-the-road sales personnel, enabling them to maximise their time with customers. Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth in your designated geographical area. Key Responsibilities: * Follow-Up Work & Messages: Ensure timely communication and follow-up on leads to enhance customer relationships. * Reports & Planning Tasks: Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning to optimise sales performance. * Route Planning & Appointment Making: Organise travel routes and set appointments for the sales team to ensure efficient operations. * Proactive Telephone Sales Work: Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings. * Quotes & Progress Reports: Prepare quotes and track progress, providing necessary updates to the sales team and clients. * Other Duties as Required: Assist with additional tasks that contribute to overall sales success.
