Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Our client, a leading lubricants distributor in Kettering are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their team in delivering exceptional service and assisting with loading/unloading and organising stock within the site. Location Kettering Shift: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm (with potential weekend shifts as required). Payrate: £11.52 p/h Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, assemble, pack, and label all assigned orders in accordance with operational processes, routines, and quality standards. Safely off-load containers and receive goods and supplies into the warehouse. Place stock in designated locations or the 'order transit' area. Perform all daily tasks specific to your role, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Pick and Pack orders correctly for dispatch. Actively contribute to maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization. What We’re Looking For: A strong work ethic and dedication to the job. Good product knowledge (training will be provided). Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. A team player who takes ownership and can work independently.
