A world thats all about our guests.As aPastryChef de Partieat Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:Preparing mise en place for serviceFollow the instructions of the Sous ChefEnsuring cleanliness of working areaReceiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levelsOwnership of their sectionAs aPastryChef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week.
