It is necessary to always adhere to all safety procedures for both machines and individuals.Verifying that materials are inspected for accurate identification, size, thickness, and grade before use.Operators need to possess mechanical skills in order to operate and upkeep the laser machine.In charge of ensuring the components cut on the machine meet quality standards.The responsibilities of the laser operator also involve ensuring the cleanliness and overall condition of the machine, as well as conducting regular checks.Make sure customer orders are completed according to the necessary quality standards and delivered on time and in full to meet deadlines forschedule requirements.Operator must conduct daily and weekly checks on the machine and then sign off on the checks.Follow the operating procedures provided by the manufacturer when using the machine.Experience with laser machines from Bystronic, Trumpf, or comparable brands is necessary.Maintain consumable inventory and update computer systems for recording cutting data.Crane and forklift trucks were necessary for the task. Possess the skill to interpret drawings and utilize measurement tools like tape measures and steel rulers.Possess the capability to adhere to customer's instructions using blueprint designs. To perform fundamental types of examination like initial assessments and mid-way inspections. Make sure that all Health & Safety regulations are upheld in accordance with company guidelines Adhere to company quality guidelines. Make sure that raw materials meet the high standards set by company policies.Machine unloading and loading.Keep a record of the materials and parts that have been cut.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Positive, professional attitude.
