A very exciting opportunity has come up for an ambitious EA who is hungry to work for an inspiring and down to earth leader!
Working for a well-known, Global Political Think Tank based near Oxford Circus, you will be one of the lead EA’s supporting the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.
You are joining the most dynamic and diverse team, super collaborative team of EA’s around you, with exciting events and projects happening all the time! The ideal candidate will be upbeat, proactive and have a calming and thoughtful demeaner about them, personality is key for this role!
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the VP’s diaries and schedules
- Booking international travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc.
- Juggling multiple time zones
- Line managing and overseeing other EA’s/ TAs
- Arranging board meetings and packs
