Nursery Manager - South East London Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Monday to Friday Working hours: 40 hours working week Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 THE ROLE • Lead and develop The Nurtury Day Nursery & Pre-school and aim to consistently achieve an Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING. • Provide inspiring leadership to a multi-disciplinary childcare setting. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursery practitioners, parents and suppliers. • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for both staff and children to promote learning. • To develop the professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff members and provide continuous professional development opportunities. • Sees potential in every aspect of the nursery - a solution focused attitude.
