Property Project Manager

PSDJob Title: Property Project Manager (refurbishment / Development) - Client Side Leisure Overview:My client is a leading player in the licensed leisure industry with a strong portfolio of pubs, restaurants, and boutique hotels. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the development and refurbishment of its extensive property portfolio within the southeast.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual development programs and budgets in collaboration with the Head of Property.Project Management: Coordinate and manage major development projects, including budgeting, specification, and supervision of works.Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and value for money.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, including planning, environmental health, health and safety, and building regulations.Procurement: Manage external consultants and contractors to secure the best value and quality services.Refurbishments: Oversee refurbishment projects, minimizing closures and maximizing efficiency.Dilapidations: Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate subsequent works.Requirements:Relevant construction qualification and experience in managing programs and budgets.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the licensed leisure industry.Career development and growth opportunities.If you are a highly motivated and experienced property / construction Project Manager with a passion for the Hospitality / Leisure / Retail industry, we encourage you to apply.This role requires travel to a central London office and the candidate to be within the geographic patch of properties.Please submit your CV to [email protected]
