In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Pay and Reward Strategy for the Council, bringing fresh ideas and knowledge of current best practice. You will have extensive experience in applying HR policies, job design, job evaluation, and managing pay and reward programmes within complex organisations. A thorough understanding of people strategies, workforce planning, and reward systems is essential to this role.
