About the Role:

Lead design, proposal preparation, and project execution. Manage smaller projects and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales: Support sales with client interactions, design technical solutions, develop P&IDs, and prepare proposals.
• Execution: Assist with client visits, manage changes, create design documents, and support commissioning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food/Dairy, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in process/equipment bids, client presentations, and hygienic process engineering.
• Strong design and project management skills.
• Global travel (2-3 times/year) required.
