This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in facilities management to lead the operations of a dynamic and thriving school environment. This is a permanent, full-time position. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day management of the school's facilities, ensuring the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained. * Manage and lead the facilities team, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. * Develop and implement maintenance programs, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk assessments. * Work closely with the senior leadership team to support the school's strategic goals and enhance the learning environment. * Manage budgets, control costs, and liaise with external contractors and suppliers. Requirements: * Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within an educational setting but not essential * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Ability to manage budgets and oversee large-scale projects. * Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
