Technical Team LeadSalary: £70,000 + BenefitsWFH: 1-2 days a week in Leicester Company: Our client, a leader in the industrial supplies domain, is seeking a Development Team Leader to oversee and manage a small team of business systems developers. This role balances team leadership and hands-on development, contributing to their core business system software, ERP, and various integrations and portals.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead a small team of developers, manage day-to-day tasks, and conduct performance reviews.Development: Spend 60% of your time on hands-on coding, including development and code reviews.Process Improvement: Define, document, and maintain system processes, and troubleshoot as needed.Skills & Experience:Required: Strong technical background in PHP, Node.js, SQL, and experience in Agile Software Development.Leadership: Prior experience in team leadership or management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.Desirable: Experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito), React, Redux, and cloud-based services.Benefits:Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus incentives.Perks: Free parking, company pension, good holiday allowance, and more.Work Environment: Hybrid working model with a choice to work on-site if preferred.
