LSA for SEND schools with strong behaviour management

Behaviour LSA's required, for D2D, medium and long-term positions. New Directions are looking for experienced and aspiring LSA's to work in some of our client schools. We require passionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) . This role is ideal for someone experienced in working with students who may present challenging behaviour and require additional support in both academic and social settings.
