As a "TikTok Seller Partner," we excel in performance marketing and making brands go viral. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager at E-Commsult LTD. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing performance marketing campaigns, analysing data to optimize strategies, and driving growth for client brands. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives and stay updated with industry trends to maximize campaign performance. You will work directly with our head of content/social to deliver high performance paid media campaigns, you will be able to manage the delivery of internal and external stakeholders working with our creator team to leverage creator content to fuel paid acquisition. You will be responsible for the strategic implementation of paid media campaigns for our clients, you will manage the delivery, reporting and optimisations of paid campaigns across Meta & Tiktok. You will also be confident in auditing none client accounts and building a compelling strategy as part of a collaborative pitching process. Qualifications Experience in developing and managing performance marketing campaigns Proficiency in data analysis and optimization techniques Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Must have strong experience with an E-commerce setting Strong knowledge of Tiktok & Meta Advertising Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
