Hybrid -3 days a week onsite
Salary - £90,000 to £110,000 plus benefits
We’re partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing insurance company seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Technology to lead their tech strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in a smaller (but growing) company and has a proven track record of successfully managing technology teams and delivering complex technical projects. They have an exciting range of projects planned for the next 5 years that will separate them from their competitors by offering a truly unique service!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated technology team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive strategic technical initiatives, coordinating all available resources to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with SAAS providers and suppliers, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies, enhancing the company’s digital capabilities.
- Act as a key technical advisor, providing strategic direction to support the company’s growth and innovation.
About You:
- Proven experience leading small technology teams in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with SAAS providers or suppliers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to pull together diverse resources to deliver on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in driving innovation within the insurance sector.
