Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the sales team and account managers Assisting with order processing and ensuring timely delivery to customers Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service Managing and updating sales and customer records in the company database Assisting in preparing sales proposals and presentations Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations Skills and Requirements: Prior experience in sales or sales administration Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team In addition to a basic salary up to £24,500, our client offers excellent benefits including opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and the chance to be part of a successful and growing company.
